At Jurkic Performance Soccer, our mission is simple: to provide a professional environment where every player has the opportunity to improve, enjoy the game, and reach their full potential. We believe that with elite coaching, a structured curriculum, and a focus on long-term development, any player can achieve their goals on and off the field.
My name is Gabriel Jurkic, founder of Jurkic Performance Soccer LLC, and I am a USSF B Licensed Coach dedicated to developing players through structured, high-quality training.
I began my coaching career in the fall of 2021 with USA Sport Group, where I worked with grassroots players across a wide range of ages and ability levels. This role gave me a strong foundation in youth development, session management, and player engagement.
In the summer of 2022, I joined the New York Red Bulls Youth Programs, one of the largest and most respected development systems in the country.
At Red Bulls, I gained invaluable experience across multiple age groups and competitive levels, from fundamentals to travel and pre-academy teams. I was also selected to coach within the Regional Select Program, where I worked with some of the top youth players identified across the system and helped prepare them for higher-level pathways. My contributions were recognized with multiple honors, including being named the 2023 New York Red Bulls Coaches Coach of the Year and the 2024 New York Red Bulls Region 2 Coach of the Year.

My goal is to make professional-level training accessible to all players, whether they are just beginning their soccer journey, competing at the travel and academy level, or preparing for college and beyond. Many of the athletes I have worked with have advanced into more competitive programs, grown in confidence, and developed a deeper understanding of the game.

Sessions are designed to replicate real-game demands, focusing on technical precision under pressure, intelligent decision-making, and resilience. Looking ahead, my vision for Jurkic Performance Soccer is to grow into a complete hub for player development, integrating private training, small-group programs, and advanced performance tools to create opportunities for every player, regardless of age or background.
